The Challenge:
Moresoft required a strategic approach
to the development of an On Hold Marketing
campaign with a fundamental aim of increasing
awareness of the group’s range of
IT products and services as well as their
range of training courses. The objective
was to create a dynamic audio brand that
reflected the group’s corporate identity,
whilst ensuring high-levels of customer
service and caller retention.
The Solution:
A combination of male and female
voiceovers were used to distinguish the
two separate divisions; a female voice for
the training and development information
and a male voice for IT related products
and services. Audiocom provided consultancy
in script development in addition to producing
and commissioning an original piece of music
to reflect the group’s corporate brand.
The Results:
Since the implementation of Audiocom’s
service, Moresoft have reported excellent

The Challenge:
In 2003 O'Callaghan Hotels appointed Audiocom
as their partner to work with, in developing
an original On Hold Marketing campaign both
in Ireland and abroad with the following
objectives:
To create
a professional call-waiting experience
and strengthen brand awareness
To direct callers to the group's
website and promote seasonal offers
To increase customer satisfaction
and improve customer service
The Solution:
Working in partnership with O'Callaghan
Hotel's marketing department, Audiocom have
been creating On Hold Marketing productions
which are updated quarterly at each location.
Each message update is recorded with a new
voiceover artist and a range of fresh music
to ensure callers are not regularly subjected
to the same audio.
The script style is warm and welcoming and encompasses
a corporate element combined with specific marketing information
about each hotel. The music for each production was chosen to complement
the seasonal message and style of script.
The Results:
Through utilising Audiocom's service, O'Callaghan
Hotel's have significantly increased traffic to their website by
encouraging callers to log on for details on seasonal offers. Audiocom's
